CHIROPRACTIC
Chiropractic is a healthcare profession focusing on disorders of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, as well as the effects of these disorders on general health. Chiropractic care is used most often to treat neuromusculoskeletal issues, including but not limited to back pain, neck pain, headache, and pain in the joints of the arms or legs.
Doctors of Chiropractic – often called chiropractors or chiropractic physicians – practice a drug-free hands-on approach to healthcare, including diagnoses, patient examinations, and chiropractic treatments. In addition to providing nutritional, dietary, and lifestyle counseling, chiropractors have a broad range of diagnostic skills and are trained to recommend therapeutic and rehabilitative exercises.
Chiropractors perform the most common therapeutic procedure known as “spinal manipulation” or “chiropractic adjustment.” The purpose of spinal manipulation is to restore joint mobility by manually applying a controlled force into joints that have become hypomobile – or restricted in their movement – due to a tissue injury. Tissue injuries can also be caused by a single traumatic event such as repetitive stress or improper lifting of a heavy object. Sitting in an awkward position with poor spinal posture for an extended period of time can cause excessive stress to your body. In either case, injured tissues that undergo physical and chemical changes can cause inflammation, pain, and diminished function. Manipulation or adjustment of the affected joint and tissues, restores mobility, thereby alleviating pain and muscle tightness, allowing tissues to heal.

We were skeptical at first to come to a chiropractor because I've had several bad experiences of gold digging chiropractors. But, we were desperate because my husband's right shoulder has been painful for a while, so we decided to give Dr. Harris a try and we didnt regret it at all. From now on, we'll go to Dr. Harris for our joint/muscle issues.
Dr. Harris was very honest and true to his word. He said that my husband needed 4-5 treatments and he was right. By the 4th treatment he was healed and back to normal. Making appointment was super easy even though the place was always packed.
