We accept all kinds of payment methods including cash, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), personal check, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
We accept most PPO plans including but not limited to Cigna, United health, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, and Blue Shield. We do not accept Kaiser insurance unless you are a Kaiser employee. If your insurance provider is not listed above, please give us a call at (510) 220-8211 and we can check if your plan covers treatment at our clinic.
If you would like to check your insurance coverage before your first visit, please call us at (510) 220-8211 or send us a chat message with your insurance plan, member ID, and date of birth. We can also help you check your coverage and benefit in person when you arrive to our clinic. Please make sure to bring your insurance card with you upon arrival.
