WHAT INSURANCE PLANS DO YOU ACCEPT?We accept most PPO plans such as Cigna, United health, Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross and Blue Shield. We do not accept Kaiser insurance unless you are a Kaiser employee. If your insurance provider is not listed above, please give us a call at (510) 220-8211 and we can check if your plan covers treatment at our clinic.

DO I NEED TO GET X-RAY OR MRI BEFORE SEEING DR.LEE?During your initial assessment, Dr. Lee will look at your current condition to determine whether or not a referral for an X-ray or MRI is necessary. If you have already gotten an X-ray or MRI of your current area of concern, please bring any medical reports and documentation with you to your first visit so Dr. Lee can use these to develop a personalized treatment plan.

CAN I SCHEDULE A MASSAGE TREATMENT FOR MY PAIN?It depends on your condition, as it is not recommended to do massage if you have muscle inflammation, joint/spinal misalignments, fractures, or dislocations. Please visit our clinic for a consultation with Dr. Lee first before scheduling a massage appointment.

IS THERE ANY PAPERWORK I NEED TO FILL OUT?Yes. You can either fill out the new patient intake forms online or in person prior to your first visit. Completing your paperwork online will help to streamline your experience during your first visit so we can treat you sooner.
